We recommend booking your tour as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular tours may sell out quickly, especially during peak tourist season.

We provide nearly everything you need for a fun and comfortable experience! However, we recommend bringing:
🔹 Sunscreen – Protect yourself from the Florida sun.
🔹 Sunglasses & a Hat – For extra sun protection.
🔹 Towels & a Change of Clothes – In case you take a dip!
🔹 Snacks & Drinks – We provide water and light snacks, but you’re welcome to bring your favorites.
🔹 Weather-Appropriate Clothing – Florida can be unpredictable, so layering is always a good idea.

Weather & Cancellations:

• We keep an eye on the forecast—if bad weather forces us to cancel and we can't reschedule, you'll get a full refund.
• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance get a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance get credit toward a future booking or are charged a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows:

• Late arrivals lose time from their scheduled trip.
• No-shows forfeit their payment—don’t leave us hanging!

Yes. Renters must be 21+, and drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. Passengers must be at least 6 years old.

Florida law requires anyone born after January 1, 1988, to have a Boater Safety Education Card to operate a jet ski. If you don’t have one, you can obtain one by navigating to the tab on our website called "Grab Your FL License"

We provide U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets and all necessary safety gear for your adventure.

Yes. Our jet skis can hold up to 500 lbs (combined weight of riders).

For safety reasons, alcohol is not permitted before or during jet ski rentals.

Yes! Our tours often include stops at springs, sandbars, or scenic spots where you can take a dip in the crystal-clear water. In some areas, swimming is restricted, but your guide will be able to inform you which areas these include.

Safety is our top priority! If conditions are unsafe due to storms or high winds, we will reschedule or issue a refund.

Currently, we can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 4 people. We're actively working on expanding our fleet to accommodate larger groups in the future. In the past, we've offered a unique experience where part of the family enjoys a relaxing boat tour while the rest of the group gets their adrenaline fix on jet skis. It’s been a hit, allowing everyone to enjoy the best of both worlds—relaxation and excitement!
